General conditions for returning products sold by numlock.ro:

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • Packaging and Documents: Returns must include the original tags and the Numlock shipping box intact, along with all original documentation.
  • Accessories: The product must be accompanied by all accessories or gifts included in the package.
  • Multiple Products: If you purchased several identical products, only one can be unsealed. The others must remain sealed to be accepted for return.
  • Integrity: We do not accept products with unauthorized interventions, signs of wear, scratches, dents, or missing accessories.
  • Verification: If the return package contains different products than those listed in the form, the collection will be refused after the courier's verification.
  • Costs: The full shipping cost for returned products is borne by the buyer.
  • Return Period: A maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.
  • Refunds: The amount will be transferred to the account provided in the return form within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Damaged Packaging Fee

A fee of 10 RON applies if the original product packaging is damaged (torn, deformed, incomplete, or if the shipping label/AWB was stuck directly onto the product box).

Important: The product must be shipped in an external protective box. Do not use the original product box as the shipping container. Use protective materials like bubble wrap or cardboard to prevent damage during transit.


Steps to Return Products on numlock.ro:

  1. Form: Complete the return form with all requested information.
  2. Courier: We will notify the courier to collect the products from the address mentioned in the form.
  3. Contact: A courier will contact you within 48 hours to pick up the package.
  4. Preparation: You must seal the package yourself to secure the numlock.ro products during transport.
