How does delivery work?
All orders placed on numlock.ro are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If a different timeframe is specified on the product page, that information takes priority.
To make delivery more accessible, we offer free shipping for orders over 400 RON. Seasonal promotions may also be available, which can lower the threshold for free delivery.
How is the final cost calculated?
The rates below are indicative and may vary depending on the package weight, delivery location, and active offers at the time of ordering.
The exact shipping cost, as well as the available delivery options for your address, will be displayed in the final step of the checkout process.
Delivery options in Romania
You can choose from the following shipping methods:
- Locker Delivery — 19 RON (pickup points)
- Sameday Home Delivery — 25 RON (2–3 business days)
For orders that meet the criteria (over 400 RON), some of these options may be available free of charge at checkout.
Do I need to modify or cancel my order?
No worries. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to find a solution depending on the stage of order processing.
